Director, Portfolio Management Seller Risk   The Portfolio Manager establishes the acceptable loss metrics for Seller Risk Management and is responsible for developing and implementing portfolio management analytics, strategic insights, and addressing other strategic issues that arise. in this position, the Manager will report to the Senior Director and work in close coordination with the Vice President of Global Risk to establish loss metrics and can expect to perform the following duties: Responsibilities: Establishes the acceptable loss targets and the risk appetite for business segments within Seller Risk Management. Drive the process; Work to assemble inputs regarding product potential, costs and risk profile and assemble into a financial and/or other models. Lead the analysis of outputs, development of strategic recommendations and completion of presentations to senior management. assist the Senior Director in the review of broader strategic issues that face the company. this involves consideration of new business opportunities that are beyond the scope of normal activities. Develop and analyze plans and recommendations for presentation to senior management Qualifications: BA/BS and an MS/MA/MBA are required, preferably in an analytical field Well-developed understanding of the business, acquired through a minimum of 10 years of industry experience. Experience in managing a multi-product portfolio. Ability to analyze market trends and review technical data, and apply these considerations to draw strategic business conclusions. Ability to perform complex financial modeling is required. The role requires the construction, review and manipulation of many different kinds of financial models. Must be a smart, organized analytical thinker, with the ability to perform a detailed, fully considered analysis. Must have good judgment with the ability to think creatively and strategically. Must have polished, professional attitude and the ability to work well with others. Must have strong organizational skills.
